  • Gym or home workouts, tailored to the equipment and space you have access to

  • 100% customized to your goals, training, and health history

  • 4-week training program with an updated plan every 4 weeks 

  • App to track progress

  • Video demonstrations of every exercise

  • Ability to submit weekly videos for form feedback to ensure you are training safely and effectively

  • Weekly communication via text and phone call 

  • Nutrition resources including a grocery list, meal guidance, education on macros, finding maintenance, pre and post-workout best practices, FAQ's + and more!)

4 month commitment (16 weeks) at $100/month
