  • A progressive program that will increase in difficulty over the weeks

  • Video demonstrations of every exercise

  • 24/7 full access to me! Form checks via video review and I’m here to answer any questions you have about forming healthy habits, nutrition, fitness, personal development/ mindset, etc.

  • Ongoing Support - weekly check-ins to tweak workouts, substitute/swap exercises, and make any adjustments necessary
