It's not easy showing up consistently acting and moving toward your goals.
Especially on days when you don't "feel" like it.
But anytime you have a "time to throw in the towel" vs. a "bring it on" attitude, just turn back to one of these quotes (to remind you of who you are and why you're doing what you're doing):
"The sunrise doesn't care if we watch it or not. It will keep on being beautiful, even if no one bothers to look at it."
We cannot rely on outside validation to make us feel whole. Stop letting other people tell you what you are worth. Until you accept yourself, no amount of praise from others will be enough. Make silent moves, seek no validation, and do the sh*t that lights your soul on fire.
"You were not made to be small. Show up and be big."
Walk into rooms exuding confidence like you own the place. You're there for a reason. Show up and be the badass you are.
"Never forget how wildly capable you are."
One of the daily affirmations I write in my gratitude journal is “You are wildly capable”. We often underestimate how capable we actually are. Whether it’s crushing a task, starting something new + uncomfortable, or achieving the goals we set. You wouldn’t have the desire if you weren’t capable. You wouldn’t be presented with the opportunity if you weren’t capable. Even when you think you’re not ready or capable- you are. The only way to truly make things happen for yourself is by taking action toward what you want. You’ll start to realize how wildly capable you truly are when you start doing it vs. waiting to be ready to do it.
Come back to these quotes to feel strong, grounded, and even when you need a little shove in the right direction.
