My grandma was a phenomenal cook. One of my favorite meals she used to make me was her chili. She would switch it up- sometimes it would be turkey chili and other days it would be chicken chili. I still make my Grandma Lucy's Chili today... not quite as good as she used to though! It's great for meal prep because it makes multiple servings. I love enjoying it with plain greek yogurt on top and either blue corn or multigrain tortilla chips. Try this one out!
