My mornings are important to me.
I look forward to my morning routine every day.
My 5-9 is my “me time ” - the hours I prioritize myself before I start my work day. The habits during my sacred hours improve my focus, energy levels, and mood for the rest of the day.
My 3 non-negotiable morning staples: Move, Learn, and Grow
Move: Incorporating movement that is energizing and enjoyable
Learn: Education is endless. Invest in learning by growing your professional and/or personal capabilities by reading, listening to podcasts, or practicing a skill
Grow: Self-reflection practices such as meditation and journaling allow you to connect with yourself and set intentions for the day ahead
Prioritize things in the morning that make you feel your best.
Start your day off for yourself by doing things that will make you feel good for the rest of the day.
Craft your own morning routine by exploring. It’s a continuous process of adding, subtracting, and refining what works for you.
3 questions to ask yourself:
What do my mornings look like lately?
What is one thing I can either add or subtract to feel more energized in the mornings?
What will challenge me but also make me feel like a badass after?
Start ruthlessly protecting the sacred hours of your morning.
By carving out some time for yourself and starting the day off on your own terms you'll be amazed to see the changes in how you feel and the way you show up for others and in all other areas of your life.
